Partner With Us in Serving Georgetown and Northern Williamson County
A resource for financial advisors, estate planners, and probate attorneys.
Your clients trust you to help them align their wealth with their values. When those values include caring for neighbors in need, The Caring Place is here to make giving simple, sound, and rewarding. We welcome the opportunity to work alongside you and your clients to structure gifts that serve both their goals and our community.
How We Work With Advisors
Whether you're helping a client plan a bequest, evaluate a charitable trust, structure a gift of stock, or navigate a probate matter involving a charitable beneficiary, our Engagement Department is glad to be a resource. We can provide the organizational details your office needs, discuss how a proposed gift would be received and used, and help ensure your client's charitable intentions are carried out smoothly.
We understand that you serve your client first. Our role is to make the charitable side of the plan as clear and straightforward as possible — never to give tax or legal advice, but to be a knowledgeable, responsive partner your clients can count on.
Let's Connect
We'd welcome the chance to get to know you and your practice. There are several easy ways to connect:
- Meet one-on-one. We're happy to sit down with you to talk through how The Caring Place can serve your clients' charitable goals.
- We'll come to you. Prefer to meet at your office? Just say the word and we're glad to visit at a time that's convenient for your schedule.
- Tour our campus. We invite you to make an appointment for a tour of our campus at 2000 Railroad Avenue in Georgetown. Seeing the scope of our operation firsthand (and the impact it's making across the community) is the best way to understand what your clients' generosity makes possible.
To arrange any of these, reach out to our Engagement Director, Jonathan Davis, by calling him at 512-943-0727 or emailing him at jdavis@caringplacetx.org.
Lunch & Learns for Advisors
Throughout the year, we host lunch and learn sessions designed for financial advisors, estate planners, and tax attorneys, which is an informal way to learn about charitable giving strategies, stay current on planned giving vehicles, and see how gifts to The Caring Place work in practice.
Want to know when the next session is scheduled? Join our advisor email list, and we'll keep you posted on upcoming lunch and learns and other opportunities to connect.
